Коли ви заповнюєте адресу, спочатку пишіть вулицю, потім номер будинку та квартири. Після цього вкажіть місто та індекс. Наприклад: «вулиця Шевченка, 10, кв. 5, Київ, 01001». Правильне заповнення бланка — це запорука успішного проведення операції. Якщо ви не розумієте якийсь пункт, не соромтеся запитати: «Що тут потрібно написати?».
In a bank or post office, precision saves money. Getting the numbers (hundreds and thousands) and the case endings right ensures your package reaches the right address and your transfer goes to the right person. Ukrainian grammar is the safety net of your financial transactions! One wrong ending could lead to a minor confusion, but clarity leads to results.
To ask if you can pay by card, say: «Можна розрахуватися карткою?». This uses the Instrumental case (ким? чим? -> карткою). It's the most common way to pay in Ukrainian cities today. Most small shops and even some market sellers accept cards or QR-code payments.

In the service industry, 90% of your requests will involve the Accusative case. Whether it's "I want a stamp," "I need a card," or "Send a package," the thing you want is always in the Accusative. Master the -у ending for feminine nouns and you are halfway to functional fluency!
